All dog(s) are charged for the whole day of arrival regardless of whether they arrive in our am or pm opening times.

On departure day regardless of whether your dog(s) go home in our am or pm opening times it’s FREE.

A non refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.  Please be advised that bookings will not be finalised until the deposit has been received.  The final balance of 50% is payable on or before the day of arrival.

No refunds will be issued in case of early collection.

The above price includes lots of outdoor exercise, cuddles and attention, heating, bedding, agility fun and play along with the administration of any medications etc if necessary but as all dogs are different your dog's stay will be tailored to their individual needs.

We charge an extra £15 per kennel per day on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
