Our Terms

All dogs that come to stay should be fully vaccinated and the vaccination course completed at least two weeks before their stay, all yearly boosters should be up to date.  All dogs must have had their Kennel Cough vaccination at least seven days prior to their stay.  We reserve the right to refuse any dogs who arrive without their up to date Vaccination Certificates and would therefore suggest that you please check your Vaccination Certificate at least four weeks before coming to the kennels to allow time to obtain any missed vaccinations.

Please ensure you tell us about any worries/concerns you may have regarding medical conditions etc which may affect your dog’s stay with us.  We reserve the right to refuse boarding of any dog(s) that appear to be unwell or in a poorly condition upon arrival at the kennels.

Whilst every care will be given to your dog(s) they are boarded entirely at your own risk and you authorise us to call a Veterinary Surgeon on your behalf should it be necessary.  All dogs are insured throughout their stay but our insurance does not cover any pre-existing or ongoing medical conditions or injuries and any vet bills incurred will be the owner’s responsibility.  There will be a charge of £15 added for each Veterinary visit made.

You are welcome to bring in items from home but understand that we accept no responsibility for these.

All dogs are to be dropped off and picked up as agreed during opening hours unless a prior arrangement has been made and if you do not arrive during your agreed collection time you will be charged for an extra night’s stay.  This is to avoid disrupting the dogs that are here and to avoid unsettling them as much as possible to help make them as comfortable as possible throughout their stay.
